Terms and Conditions

  • Refundable "security" deposit of £50 to be paid with the balance - will be returned within 2 days.
     

  • No smoking inside the property.
     

  • Property to be left in a clean and tidy manner.

Cancellation Policy

​

  • We recommend you take out your own cancellation insurance.
     

  • Should you need to cancel your booking:-

    • A full refund will be given if cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to start date
       

    •  Cancellations made within 2 weeks of start date will incur the deposit being none refundable (if applicable)
       

    • Cancellations within 2 weeks of start date will receive a 50% refund.
